6. Payment and Refund Terms

• Users may subscribe to any course based on their needs.
• Accepted payment methods include: Fone Pay QR, Mobile Banking, Khalti Wallet, Connect IPS, and NepalPay QR.
• We do not offer automatic renewals. Users select the duration of their course subscription manually.
• Refund Policy:
  • No refunds are issued for subscriptions below Rs. 1000.
  • Refunds are not issued after 72 hours of course subscription.
  • Taxes are included in pricing where applicable.

7. Code of Conduct

• Users are expected to engage respectfully in forums, chats, and interactions.
• Misconduct such as cheating, harassment, or system manipulation is prohibited.
• Courses related to national or board exams may be temporarily suspended during official examination periods.
• Abusive, misleading, or disruptive behavior will result in disciplinary actions.

• Course content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
• KK Academy does not guarantee learning outcomes, exam results, or employment.
• Any copyright issues arising from a course are the sole responsibility of the respective content creator or instructor.
